Every four years, the Fondation Hirondelle defines the strategic axes for fulfilling its mission. Freedom of the press and respect for the law remain two pillars to which Fondation Hirondelle is committed. In 2023, Fondation Hirondelle teams worked on the next institutional strategy for the period 2025-2028. The space for freedom of expression and free, independent media is shrinking. Looking ahead to develop appropriate responses to current challenges has led us to reaffirm our fundamentals and imagine new models of intervention.
