Climate change in Mali : How to adapt ?

As COP 23, the international conference on climate change, opens in Bonn on November 6th, Studio Tamani, Fondation Hirondelle's information program in Mali, gives voice to Malian experts and representatives of Civil society organisations to discuss the possibilities of adaptation in this Sahelian country.
