The LAB - in which Fondation Hirondelle is a founding partner - has, through conferences and meetings, constituted a forum for exchanging « good practices » bringing together delegations - African and European business leaders, politicians, media, artists, experts, and students - from the African countries present. The aim was to make their voices heard during COP21, to share their expertise, while exposing their views on the implications of climate change.
Fondation Hirondelle contributed to these exchanges by bringing six African journalists together in Paris from the 2nd to 12th December in 2015. They were coming from our media and partners (Studio Tamani in Mali, Radio Ndeke Luka in the Central African Republic, the Hirondelle network in the DRC, Studio Hirondelle- Radio Télévision du Burkina, Mozaik Studio in Côte d'Ivoire). They were supported and supervised by three Fondation Hirondelle journalists. Together they produced stories, articles and debates that were broadcast during the conference by our media and partners in Africa.
