The media, and radio in particular, can be a concrete and valuable tool for responding to humanitarian needs in crisis situations, as witnessed by these displaced people in Burkina Faso. This video presents an innovative study carried out together with Dr. Emma Heywood (University of Sheffield) and Dr. Lassané Yaméogo (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique et Technologique, CNRST Ouagadougou). This study was funded by ELRHA and analyses the information needs of internally displaced people who are targeted by special programmes of our Studio Yafa project
